If you use the Ventrian News Articles module, you'll love the level of integration with Windows Live Writer provided by metaPost. Na základních školách dneškem začínají zápisy do prvních tříd

Dnešním dnem startují na základních školách zápisy do prvního ročníku. V tomto článku si proto ukážeme, jakým způsobem můžeme budoucí prvňáčky evidovat ve školním informačním systému Škola OnLine. Dozvíme se však i zajímavé informace o výstupech a dokumentech, které je možné nad touto agendou generovat.

Zápis do prvních tříd je v aplikaci Katedra soustředěn do menu Ostatní – Zápis do 1. ročníku . Nejprve je zapotřebí na formuláři Evidence uchazečů zaevidovat všechny děti, které se hlásí k zápisu. Jak jednotlivé uchazeče zapisovat a vyplňovat jejich karty, vysvětluje následující nápověda. Děti, které měly v minulých letech odklad povinné školní docházky, nemusíme opětovně evidovat, ale můžeme je jednoduše vyvolat přes tlačítko Vybrat uchazeče z minulého roku.

Takto zaevidované děti se automaticky zahrnou do výkazu S 53-01 o zahájení povinné školní docházky v základní škole. Výstup z formuláře Výkaz S 53-01, který nalezneme v menu "Administrace – Výkazy", pak již stačí na počátku března pouze předat MŠMT.

Z aplikace můžeme tisknout i různé výstupy - jako například seznam přijatých uchazečů, rozhodnutí o odkladu. Tyto tiskové výstupy je možné realizovat přes mechanismus dokumentů.

Pokud jsme žáky přijali do prvních tříd, přistoupíme později (zhruba v květnu) na formulář Zařazení uchazečů do tříd, který umožňuje zařadit zapsané děti prvních ročníků do tříd. Je však zapotřebí mít založený nový školní rok, tedy 2012/2013 (menu "Administrace – Číselníky – Období roku"). Třídy, do kterých budeme chtít uchazeče zařadit, musíme mít v novém školním roce evidované na formuláři Třídy (menu "Administrace - Číselníky"). V případě, že by se na formuláři "Zařazení uchazečů do tříd" žádní uchazeči neobjevili, může být na vině to, že jsme na formuláři "Evidence uchazečů" na záložce "Informace o zápisu" nevyplnili pole "Výsledek zápisu".

Budoucí žáci prvních tříd se pak automaticky převedenou nejen do tříd, ale také na formulář "Školní matrika" společně se všemi poli, která jsme evidovali. Na jejich kartách tedy již nemusíme pole vyplňovat znova.
